Simply join using your cellphone number and name in-store. Join online by signing up on our liquid loyalty page. Upon registration, click on the link you receive via SMS and follow the prompts.
Earn Sip Coins on any purchase made in-store or online. For example: Spending R1000.00 earns you 100 points, giving you 10 Sip Coins, which is the equivalent to R10.00 to use towards future purchases.
Upon purchase, Check your balance online by logging into your Liquid loyalty profile (https://loyalty.ngf.co.za). using the unique pin sent to you
in SMS upon registration. Your balance will be displayed on your Liquid Loyalty dashboard.
When making a purchase in-store, simply notify the friendly Norman Goodfellow’s cashier that you’d like to use your previously accumulated Sip Coins at the end of your purchase. You’ll then receive a unique OTP PIN via SMS which you’ll be required to share with the cashier in order to redeem. You can also generate your own unique OTP PIN online before making a purchase through your Liquid Loyalty dashboard by following the link you received via SMS upon registration. Both new and existing Liquid Loyalty members have to opt-in to receive Norman Goodfellows communication in order to use their Sip Coins.
