How to join?

Simply join using your cellphone number and name in-store. Join online by signing up on our liquid loyalty page. Upon registration, click on the link you receive via SMS and follow the prompts.
How to earn Sip Coins?

Follow these simple steps to start earning Sip Coins on your online purchases:

  1. Log in to your Liquid Loyalty account using your mobile number -https://loyalty.ngf.co.za/#/login
  2. From the dashboard, select Profile.
  3. Add the email address linked to your Norman Goodfellows online account is added to your Liquid Loyalty profile, then click Save.
  4. Log in to the Norman Goodfellows website using the same email address.
  5. Select Your Account Icon > Profile. Ensure that your phone number is added to your shipping address. 
  • IF there is no address, add a new one and include the same phone number used to sign up to Liquid Loyalty
  • IF there is already an address, click “edit” and ensure the same phone number used to sign up to Liquid Loyalty is listed there.

Save Your Changes.

Always make sure to use this phone number at checkout.

You’re now ready to earn Sip Coins on qualifying online purchases.
How to check your Sip Coins balance?

Upon purchase, Check your balance online by logging into your Liquid loyalty profile (https://loyalty.ngf.co.za). using the unique pin sent to you in SMS upon registration. Your balance will be displayed on your Liquid Loyalty dashboard.
How to redeem your Sip Coins?

Redeeming your Sip Coins is quick and easy:

  1. Login to your liquid loyalty account
  2. Select the number of Sip Points you would like the redeem
  3. Navigate to Vouchers
  4. Copy the voucher code you would like to use
  5. Navigate to the online store
  6. Add this code to your cart in the “Discount code” field, then click “apply”.
Terms and Conditions
  • The Liquid Loyalty Programme is available exclusively to Norman Goodfellows retail customers.
  • You must complete your Liquid Loyalty registration, including providing a valid email address, before you can redeem available Sip Coins.
  • Sip Coins earned on a purchase can only be redeemed on a future purchase.
  • Sip Coins expire three (3) years from the date they are earned. Expired Sip Coins will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
  • Sip Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or redeemed for cash.
  • Norman Goodfellows reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Liquid Loyalty Programme and its Terms & Conditions at any time
