Shipping policy

You can expect to receive a confirmation of your order, delivery date and stock availability from one of our sales consultants, Monday to Friday within the working day, Saturday & Sunday we will communicate on Monday from checkout of your order. 

Delivery fees are determined by your order value, total order weight and delivery region.

• FREE delivery applies to orders valued at R1,500 or more, with a total weight of 20kg or less, where the products ordered are fulfilled within your province.
  
• A delivery fee applies to orders valued at less than R1,500, even where the total weight is 20kg or less.
  
• Orders weighing more than 20kg will incur a delivery fee regardless of the total order value.
  
• Inter-provincial deliveries: Where products are sourced or fulfilled from outside your delivery province, an inter-provincial delivery fee will apply, regardless of the order value or weight.

All applicable delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the value, weight and fulfilment location of your order.
